INHOUSE RULES & REGULATIONS

✅ NO SMOKING 🚭 inside the premise (RM200.00 will impose for whole unit to have complete sanitation or disinfection)

✅ We also will impose cleaning fee of RM150.00 if the entire place too messy with lots of left over foods, drinking bottles, after party/event decorative items/panel meanwhile extra charges for special clean for puke on toilet and surround property area

✅ NO DJ/ NO LIVE BAND/ NO ROWDY music or Own Sound System | Please do lower down the voice and music after 11.00pm (Neighbours and Community Area)

✅ Please do park your vehicle only at the designated area (Garden beside or backlane Parking Lots)

🚫🚫🚫No double parking along the road and restricted to park at neighbour house front and bring inconvenient for all the communities

✅ Parking at own risks. D’Ambiience Private Garden do not hold any responsibility for accidents and theft involves

✅ Event/Party that exceeds 40 pax and above require or complusory to engage ‘RELA’ service (Maximum allows at 60 pax only)

✅ 🚫🚫🚫 NO DRUGS and gambling allowed here, all above activities will passes and surrender to local authorities

✅ Check in Time: 3.00pm | Next Day Check Out: 11.00pm (We charge every hour of RM100.00 for additional time)

(We allows early check in and late check out but subjects to availability of the day. We will charge extra RM100.00/per hour and permission or special request also needed for above matters as we need 3-4 hours to prepare for the next check in.
